Terms & Conditions Agreement

"TIKITACA FUTSAL ACADEMY"

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between TikiTaca Futsal Academy (the "Club") and the Parent/Guardian (the “Parent/Gaudian) giving consent for the Participant/Child (the "Participant"/the “Child”) who wishes to join and participate in the activities of the Club. By reading this Agreement and Parent/Guardian registering the participant, the Parent/Guardian on behalf of the Participant/Child agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Membership
    1. Participation in TikiTaca Futsal Academy ("the Club") is open participants of the appropriate age range as determined by the Club's guidelines. Membership is subject to registration and payment of any applicable fees.
    2. The Participant must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
      1. The Participant must inform the Club if they should wish to “Freeze” their by membership by giving a “1-Month (30 days)” written notice by emailing the club. 
    3. The membership can only be frozen once per year.
    4. If the membership remains frozen for more than 2 months, membership will be cancelled unless agreed with the club.
  2. Code of Conduct
    1.  All members, including participants, parents, coaches, and volunteers, are expected to adhere to the Club's code, which includes showing respect towards teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents – always demonstrating good sportsmanship.
    2. The Participant must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the Club's coaches and officials during training sessions and matches.
    3. The Parent acknowledges and agrees that the participant shall be deemed under the direction, care, and control of the Carer/Parent throughout the course whilst the participant is on the premises.
  3. Safety and Well-being
    1. The Club is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for participants to learn and enjoy football. Qualified coaches and volunteers will supervise training sessions, matches, and other activities, following appropriate safety protocols and guidelines.
    2. The Participant understands that football is a physical sport and assumes the risks associated with participation.
    3. The Participant agrees to abide by the safety guidelines and rules set by the Club and its coaches.
    4. The Participant must inform the Club of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.
    5. Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between the Coach and the participant, which will always be carried out in a professional manner.
    6. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for disclosing any relevant health or medical information about their child to the Club, including allergies, pre-existing conditions, or disabilities. They also agree to provide necessary medical consent and insurance coverage for their child's participation in Club activities.
  4. Communication, Commitment & Development
    1.  The Club will communicate important information, such as training schedules and location changes, match fixtures, and event updates, to parents or legal guardians via email, WhatsApp, or other designated channels. It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to ensure they receive and respond to Club communications promptly.
    2. The Club aims to promote the development of children's football skills, teamwork, and physical fitness in a fun and inclusive setting. Training sessions will be organised regularly, focusing on age-appropriate techniques and drills.
    3. The Participant is expected to attend training sessions, matches, and other Club-related events regularly and punctually.
    4. The Participant must inform the Club in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled event.
    5. Any disputes or concerns regarding Club activities, decisions, or behaviour should be addressed through the Club's designated grievance procedure, which may involve communication with Club officials, mediation, or arbitration.
  5. Equipment and Attire
    1. The Participant is responsible for bringing appropriate football attire, including suitable footwear, shin pads to training sessions and matches.
    2. The Participant must take care of any Club-provided equipment and return it in good condition when requested.
  6. Fees and Payments
    1. The Participant agrees to pay the membership fees and any additional fees required by the Club in a timely manner.
    2. Failure to pay the required fees may result in temporary or permanent suspension from Club activities.
    3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment of membership fees, uniform costs, and any other expenses associated with their child's participation in the Club. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  7. Photographs and Media
    1. The Club may capture photographs or videos of children participating in Club activities for promotional or publicity purposes. The Parent/Guardian gives consent to the Club to use photographs or videos taken during Club activities/events and use images or videos of their children for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
    2. Parents or legal guardians who do not wish for their child to be included in such materials must notify the Club in writing.
    3. The Participant understands that their personal information may be collected and stored by the Club for administrative purposes.
    4. TikiTaca Academy prioritises the safety and privacy of all children involved in photography sessions. Photographers and club staff will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of the children during the sessions.
    5.  Any personal information collected during the photography sessions will be handled in accordance with the club's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
    6. Parents or legal guardians may request the removal or deletion of their child's images or videos by contacting the club in writing.
    7. TikiTaca Academy retains all rights to the images or videos captured during photography sessions. This includes but is not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the images or videos for promotional purposes, both online and offline.
    8. Parents or legal guardians acknowledge that the images or videos may be shared on TikiTaca 's official website, social media accounts, promotional materials, and other communication channels.
    9. TikiTaca Academy will take reasonable measures to protect the identities of the children involved in photography sessions. This may include blurring or obscuring faces, using only first names (if necessary), or obtaining additional consent for specific uses.
    10. Parents or legal guardians who wish for their child's identity to be further protected should notify the club in writing, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate their request.
    11.  Any disputes arising from the use of images or videos captured during photography sessions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved. 
    12. By participating in photography sessions organized by TikiTaca Academy parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  8. Termination of Membership
    1. The Club reserves the right to terminate the Participant's membership if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
    2. The Parent/Guardian may terminate their child’s membership with the Club by providing a “1 month” (30 days) written notice to the Club's management or via the website (www.tikitaca.co.uk/services/membership)
  9. Updates to Terms and Conditions
    1. TikiTaca Futsal Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents or legal guardians will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in photography sessions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  10.  Compliance with Laws
    1. These terms and conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Middlesex FA (England FA). TikiTaca Academy affirms its commitment to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws.
